Think about how great it would be to add a pond to your garden, it would definately enhance your garden. Imagine sitting in your garden admiring the sound and sight of a well stocked pond full of happy fish.

Why not consider the Golden Tench when thinking about fish for a pond. Originally a green colour, now through breeding they are gold in colour with their dark grey blue fins with red eyes. The Golden Tench are worth a thought for any pond.

Then we have the Golden Orfe a very active fish and one that I love. They can jump clear of the water. This very fast swimming fish is certainly a lively one to consider as an inclusion for a pond.

How big will you make your pond, where in your garden are you going to put your pond and will you incorporate a waterfall. These are all things you need to think about before you take the plunge. This is why you are going to need to gather as much information as possible through some good solid research to put together a pond plan to address these different decisions that you will be faced with.

For your pond project to be the success that you want it to be, it is going to take proper research that will make up the blueprint of your pond which you will enjoy for so many years in the future.
